After allowing the scorchers to rebuild their lead, the Giants looked to knock it back down and with the help of physicality down low from Legend Robertin coupled with the razzle dazzle of Rahmon Fletcher they cut the lead down once more. Nick Lewis also continued his hot streak, stripping the ball from Surrey’s Boban Jacdonmi on the defensive end just to convert a fastbreak three on the offensive end to bring the game to a one point difference.
Tajh Green pulverises the rim on a Giants fastbreak to bring the Giants level with the scorchers. Back to back threes from Dirk Williams takes the Giants ahead and in the driving seat of this game.
