The Giants kept their BBL Play-off mission alive with an outstanding home win over Sheffield Sharks.
Danny Byrne’s men, looking to bounce back from a disappointing weekend loss to Bristol, did just that with a stunningly-efficient performance.
They raced into a 30-point half-time lead after holding their visitors to just 10 points in the opening quarter and 15 in the second.
And they didn’t let up after the break, extending their lead to 37 at one point and keeping the Sharks under the cosh until the end.
We came out hard and determined

Mike McCall had 19 points and seven assists while fellow Americans Torry Butler (18 and 9 rebounds) Willie Clayton (16) backed him up.
Vlatko Granic had a double-double of 13 points and 10 rebounds as the Giants completed a season-sweep of their old rivals.
The win takes the Giants above Bristol and Cheshire and into eighth spot, though they have played more games than their rivals.
Another victory, at Cheshire on Friday, would go a good way to helping seal a Play-off place.
