Tajh Green is the newest addition to the Manchester Giants for the 2022/23 season.

‍The 6”8 American forward will be signing his first pro contract with the Manchester Giants fresh out of college.

The high flying Green spent his collegiate days at Benedict College and last season averaged 14.1 points, 7.6 rebounds, 1.5 Assists and 1.5 Blocks. The NCAA D2 starlet was named the MVP of the HBCU All-star game as well as being named the SIAC player of the year. A sports management Major, Green took his career to new heights this past season, scoring a season high 24 points against spring hill shooting 9-16 from the field in 27 minutes of gametime.

With springs in his legs and sheer athleticism, Green should fit into the Manchester Giants seamlessly. Giants Head Coach Vince Macaulay is ecstatic about the arrival as he had this to say: “Really delighted to have Tajh with the Giants. He's just gonna be such an energy giver for us is a great defender, great shot-blocker and incredible around the basket. I think our fans are gonna really enjoy watching him play”.

Green will take to the BBL hardwood on September 23rd against the Bristol Flyers and later be unveiled to the Giants faithful at the National Basketball Performance Centre on September 25th against the Sheffield Sharks.
